Every month Giacomo Carreca, Head Chef at Amarone restaurant in Bath will choose a region or ingredient and create mouth-watering recipes for you to learn how make.
The session combines an introduction to the region and its specialities, an interactive cooking tutorial from Giacomo plus the opportunity for you to make a dish alongside him.
During the workshop you’ll enjoy the recipes created alongside a wine tasting showcasing 4 regional wines.
The evenings are a fun and social way to discover the delights of Italian food and wine!
